How we’ll work together: This is a hybrid coaching program which allows you to move through the content at your own pace. For now, what’s most important to know is that we use a blend of.
✔️ EASY-TO-DIGEST CONTENT: Pre-recorded content and homework designed intentionally to provide you with the quick wins you need to gain early momentum to uplevel your leadership. You will be accessing all content through an online portal.
✔️LIVE COACHING: There will be live group training and coaching calls where participants will get support with next step action. These calls will be recorded, and you will have access to the recordings for 12 months based on your enrollment date. Live attendance is optional but strongly recommended. Recordings and transcripts will be posted within 48 hours. Live calls are meant for networking and Q&A.
